We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Graduate Engineer Trainee - Electrical and Mechanical

Location: Agbara, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

  • We are seeking passionate and innovative recent graduates in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering to join our dynamic team as Graduate Trainees.
  • This program offers hands-on experience and structured training aimed at grooming high-potential talents for long-term career success within our organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in rotational on-the-job training across key departments.
  • Support senior engineers in troubleshooting, maintenance, and project execution.
  • Assist in the design, development, and improvement of production processes.
  • Carry out equipment diagnostics and propose preventive maintenance solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a B.Sc. or HND in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 1–2 years post-NYSC work experience.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Must be proximate to the Agbara location.

Salary
N120,000 Monthly.
