Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Maitama, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls and book appointments.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and managing office correspondence.
- Assist clients with inquiries and ensure a smooth salon experience.
- Support the beauty salon team as needed.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years experience.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Must be proficient in using office equipment and basic software applications.
- Candidates must be based in or live close to Maitama.
Salary
N70,000 - N90,000 / Month.
