We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Office Secretary / Administrative Officer
Location: Zaria, Kaduna
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Manage office operations, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Handle administrative duties related to estate management.
- Prepare and maintain records, reports, and documentation.
- Assist in property listings, client communications, and others.
- Support staff with clerical tasks such as data entry and document preparation.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of office equipment.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Education & Experience
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
- Experience in estate management or real estate operations (preferred but not mandatory).
Other Requirements:
- Must be computer literate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
- Must reside in Zaria.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic graphic design skills (added advantage).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary
N40,000 - N50,000 Monthly.
