Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our design and fit-out projects, ensuring seamless coordination between our design team, production facilities, and on-site installation teams.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive site measurements and capture detailed information for as-built measurements, ensuring accurate documentation for the design team.
Supervise cutting operations at the production facility, ensuring all pieces are cut to the required dimensions and technical specifications are followed.
Monitor material quantities and ensure efficient utilization of resources, including boards and edge tapes, at the production facility.
Coordinate the delivery of materials to the site, ensuring they are offloaded safely and stored in a secure location.
Maintain meticulous records of all machines, tools, and furniture accessories supplied to the site, ensuring accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with the design team to translate technical drawings into actionable plans for on-site installation.
Coordinate the activities of on-site teams, including carpenters, electricians, and paint sprayers, to ensure smooth project execution.
Enforce strict adherence to site safety standards and address any worker complaints or concerns promptly.
Monitor worker attendance and ensure adherence to scheduled work hours and quality standards during installation processes
Report any discrepancies or difficulties encountered during the project to the design team for collaborative resolution.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment on-site, ensuring all equipment and tools are accounted for and in optimal working condition.
Conduct regular progress reports to the design team, including daily summaries and progress images.
Communicate effectively with the installers working on site and the design team to address any concerns or feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate project inspections with the design team and clients to identify and address any remaining snags or issues before final project handover.
Requirements:
Minimum academic qualification of HND
2 years of working experience
