Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Consumer Banking Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with their banking needs, providing guidance on various financial products and services, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and offer appropriate banking solutions.
Assist customers in opening and managing accounts, loans, and other banking products.
Educate customers on various financial products, services, and digital banking platforms.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to banking regulations.
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with team members to achieve branch targets and goals.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products, services, and industry regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
3 years work experience.
Proven experience in consumer banking, financial services, or a related industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of banking products, regulations, and compliance standards.
Proficiency in using banking software and digital platforms.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
