Key Duties / Responsibilities:
Promptly respond to emergency medical calls, evaluate patient’s condition, and provide immediate medical care to individuals, either on-site or during transportation.
Provide care for injuries or medical conditions through the use of a range of pre-hospital basic and advanced interventions, including but not limited to first aid, CPR, the administration of first aid medications, oxygen, and surgical procedures.
Maintain precise and comprehensive records of patient information, procedures performed, and medications administered, all in strict compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Establish transparent and effective communication with fellow healthcare professionals, patients, and their families, offering support and information as required.
Effective communication with team members is equally imperative.
Ensure the proper functioning, cleanliness, and preparedness of medical equipment and ambulance vehicles.
Update checklists at the commencement and conclusion of your shift to manage inventory efficiently.
Maintain a clean and orderly workstation at all times to uphold a hygienic and professional environment.
Lead clinical discussions and participate actively in discussions related to medical conditions, and patient care.
Oversee the management of oxygen supplies to ensure adequate availability during emergency responses.
Carry out additional responsibilities as directed by your supervising manager

Requirements
Bsc in Nursing, Medical science, clinical medicine, Paramedic technology, or any related field.
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) certifications.
Strong knowledge of emergency medical procedures and protocols.
Excellent decision-making and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to work in high-stress and time-sensitive situations.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver's license(optional).
Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry patients as required.
