Core Responsibility:
Fire prevention and fire protection
Location:Okpella,Edo state
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Protects life and properties during emergencies.
2. Combating & Extinguishes fires.
3. Executes rescues and riving victims in emergencies.
4. Respond to various manmade and natural emergencies.
5. Minimizes fire damage by responding to alarms,
6. Inspection and maintenance of fire equipment
7. Conducts fire audit and inspection
8. Drive and operate fire equipment
9. Training & education
10. Report writing
11. Carry-out other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications:
SSCE/NCE/OND.
Fire Training certificate from recognized Fire Training Institute of Nigeria
Candidate must have current Driver’s License for Fire Engine category.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in a large manufacturing industry which has fire protection system including external fire-hydrant system, sprinkler system, foam spray system and firefighting trucks.
