All PCM of Batch C stream one should take of the following documents as they will needed for camp registration,
1.NYSC call-up letter
2.Statement of result HND/BSC
3.NYSC green card
4.Recent passport photographs(atleast 8 copies)
5.Final year I.D card
6.Medical Fitness Certificate
7.NCDC covid-19 RDT testing verification slips.
8.Medical Report (for those wished to redeploy from camp only)
9.Uploaded documents(Foreign graduates only)
