Ladipo also urged people to be careful at home, adding that it is important for people to check the bottom of their gas cylinders because something dangerous might be hiding underneath it. He wrote: "Please always check the bottom of your cylinders, this guys creeps underneath it now."

Nigerian Twitter users shocked by his news thanked Ladipo for his advice. Many stated that they would start to inspect under their gas cylinders.
