Job Summary
- We are looking for a Secretary/ office assistant to assistin office administrations and accounts
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create and update accounts records with accuracy and validity of information
- May run various routine errands, as required, for the unit/department.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- General assistance withadministration such as logging and filin
- Reviewing payments recordto ensure that the accounts books re complete, accurate, and ready for account balancing.
Skills and Requirements
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Spreadsheets, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Physical dexterity.
- Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Salary
N70,000 Monthly.
