Salary: ₦50,000.00 - ₦80,000.00 per month
Description:
Provide assistance for start up operations and test runs as per SOP
Formulate cost reduced versions of existing products
Assist in the evaluation of new technology and processes
Document all testing procedures
Interact with other departments such as QA, Production, Scheduling, Marketing to assure a successful project by being an integral member of cross functional teams
Evaluate the nutritional value, colour, flavour and texture of food
Ensuring that food manufacturing processes conform with government prescribed industry standards.
Compliance to standards for safety and quality
Requirements:ability to commute/relocate:
Calabar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
Quality Assurance: 2 years (Preferred)
food Technologist: 2 years (Preferred)
