Operations Manager

 A full service professional hair salon located in Ikoyi and Lekki is hiring an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will be responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability.

Salary: 150k/month

Responsibilities

• Improve operational systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being.

• Contribute towards the achievement of company's strategic and operational objectives.

• Examine financial data/statements and use them to improve profitability.

• Involve in recruitment and onboarding of new team members.

• Cater to clients' or personnel's concerns and oversee their wellbeing.

• Review and revise SOPs as needed.

• Ensure compliance of company policies.

Requirements

• Adequate knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management

• Budget development and oversight experience

• Familiarity with business and financial principles and practices

• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organisation

• Leadership and organisational skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly creative and innovative
