Job Overview
This person would be tasked with providing technical support and assistance to Technology client's internal and external.
Support would range from 1st level to 2nd level support.
Requirements
The person should have a base knowledge of DevOps.
Demonstrate knowledge of ITSM practices Like:
Request management
Incident management
Problem management
Change management
Configuration management.
Monitoring and analytics.
Knowledge Management
Good Knowledge of ITSM tool integration across various internal interfacing channels such as web, mobile, and desktop app (slack, skype, teams).
