Job Description
As a Client Services Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. - Handle incoming calls from clients, providing assistance, answering inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Act as a knowledgeable resource on our products or services, effectively communicating features, benefits, and usage guidelines to clients.
- Accurately document client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Proactively follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and maintain ongoing engagement.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to address client concerns, resolve escalated issues, and provide seamless customer experiences.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to enhance client satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company updates to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
- Strive to meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics, such as call quality, customer satisfaction, and response time.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a professional and courteous phone manner.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM systems and call centre software.
- Strong multitasking and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with client concerns or complaints.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and client needs.
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
