An Accountant needed

Location: Wuse zone 1, Abuja

Salary: Negotiable

RESPONSIBILITIES

=>Developing financial strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting.

=>High-level financial reporting and analysis.

=>Regular budget consolidation.

=>Cash flow management.

=>Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business.

=>Stakeholder/ supplier management.

=>Debt management and collection.

=>Preparing company P&L, tax reports, and BAS.

=>Communicate with outlets regarding the discrepancies found in weekly reporting and ensure the resolution of outstanding issues.

=>Handling financial transactions by auditing documents.

=>Maintaining accounting control by preparing policies and procedures.

=>Accurately entering invoices into the corresponding accounting software in a timely manner.

=>Ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.

=>Developing financial reviews and providing investment advice.

=>Payroll processing.

=>Maintaining financial security by following internal controls.

=>Preparing payment by verifying documentation and requesting disbursement.

REQUIREMENTS:

=>Bachelor’s degree in accounting.

=>Must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience

=>Extensive knowledge of the data entry management

=>Punctual, reliable, and must have strong communication skill

=>Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat

=>Able to work in a team and produce quality output under tight deadlines

=>Strong verbal and oral communication skills

=>Self-motivated and strong analytical skills

=>Experience in restaurant accounting is a must.
