Another prominent Nigerian dead

It was earlier announced on Saturday morning that  the Rector,Auchi Polytechnic,Auchi Edo is dead.

He passed on Friday night at exactly 7pm, according to the News Agency of Nigeria. Public Relations Officer of Auchi Polytechnic, Mr Mustapha Oshiobugie, in a telephone interview confirmed the sad incident on Saturday. Oshiobugie said, “The institution is mourning following the demise of her rector who passed away on Friday at 7.00pm after a brief illness.” “His remains has bieng committed to mother earth yesterday been Saturday at 10 am according to Islamic rites.” Meanwhile, Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki, has mourned the death of Jimah, who died at the age of 60 years. The governor, in a statement, said Jimah was an astute administrator who contributed to the growth of Auchi Polytechnic, ensuring stability and development of the institution.
