COVID19:See the plans of parent against school resumption
Nigerian private schools association has told the federal government that it is ready to resume for the 2020 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) and other terminal examinations. The National Association of Proprietors of Private Schools (NAPPS) stated this following the federal government's sudden withdrawal of unity schools from the forthcoming exams over Covid-19 fear.
The national president of the association, Yomi Otubela, said on Monday, July 13, schools under the group were fully prepared for resumption in line with the protocols set by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC),and he urges the federal Government to consider the plan to open school as parents are already asking for the refund of WASSCE fees which schools has already been remitted to WAEC,with the plan of taking their children to other countries for the forthcoming examination.CLICK HERE for more Details.
