Former president of Nigeria Celebrate over his Doctorate's degree

It was earlier reported that former president Olusegun Obasanjo had completed his PhD programme in Christian Theology at the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN). President Muhammadu Buhari had also congratulated him on his feat writing that “Let me congratulate former president, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo.
