A Nigerian man identified as Zahidu Inuwa Abdullahi has become the talk of the town after declaring that he would be refusing a scholarship offer. Abdullahi who hails from Kano state studied at Nims University in India. The brilliant chap was as a result of his academic performance awarded a scholarship to run his second degree by the university. This offer, however, did not sit well with the Nigerian man who felt he had other things lined up for him. Abdullahi graduated with a first class, a grade that is often eyed by most students.
While many students would also kill for the chance to start their second degree immediately after earning the first, the Kano indigene turned down the offer.
The reason stated by the brilliant young man left many people surprised. Abdullahi rejected the offer because he wants to get married.
