A Nigerian man has witnessed one of the worst humiliation after he was flogged and made to parade the town with gas cylinder on his head. The culprit was said to have stolen the cylinder and the people gathered to give him befitting punishment. The alleged thief who appeared to be ashamed of his act heeded to the angry youths who sang and chanted songs in their local dialect and commanded he dance with the gas cylinder he stole.
